Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of TicketMundi, a free guide to concerts, theater, exhibitions and things to do, with links to the websites where you can buy tickets. By using the site, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who publishes the site

The publisher is established in France and has no office in the United States.

3. What the site does, and what it does not do

TicketMundi is free to use. We do not sell tickets. We list events and link to third-party websites where tickets are sold. The site is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

4. Tickets are sold by third parties

Tickets are bought only on the websites we link to. The sale, payment, delivery of tickets, cancellations and refunds are governed by each seller's own terms, not by TicketMundi. We are not responsible for the content of the websites we link to.

5. Accuracy of listings

Dates, times, venues and availability come from public event calendars and from our partners. They can contain mistakes or change at short notice: check the details on the seller's website before you buy. We do not show ticket prices on this site: the seller shows the price, including any fees, before you pay.

Event descriptions are written with the help of AI tools, from the facts given by our sources. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.

6. Affiliate links

Many of our links to ticket sellers are paid links: when you buy a ticket after clicking one, the seller pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

7. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

The design, written content and databases of the site belong to the publisher. Posters, images and trademarks of events, artists and venues belong to their owners and are shown to identify the events concerned.

Copyright notices (DMCA). If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@ticketmundi.com with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the address of the page where the content appears; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable the content concerned promptly, usually within 48 hours. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.

9. Personal information

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and TicketMundi is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site, from information supplied by third parties, or from the cancellation, postponement or change of an event by its organizer. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
