Frequently asked questions
When do tickets go on sale for upcoming New York concerts?
1 on-sale date is announced right now: Playgrnd Series NYC (Thursday, October 22). Dates come from the ticket sellers; when a seller only announces a day and no time, we show the day alone rather than invent an hour.
What is the difference between a presale and an on-sale?
A presale is a window that opens before general sale, usually for a venue’s or promoter’s mailing list. On this site a card marked “On sale on …” means tickets cannot be bought yet, whoever you are: the date shown is when the box office opens.
How do I book tickets?
Each concert page links to the ticket seller of the venue or promoter. Free concerts are marked with a “Free” badge — some still require booking or have limited capacity: details are on the concert page.
