454

A rap concert titled 454, presented at Echoplex, a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year.

454 is a rap performance in Los Angeles. Rap is built on rhythmic, spoken verse delivered over beats, the core vocal form of hip-hop culture, which emerged in New York in the 1970s and spread through recorded music and live shows.

Echoplex hosts concerts and shows in Los Angeles, so this booking places the rap set in a venue whose regular program is live music and performance. The evening is aimed at listeners who follow rap and hip-hop and want to hear the genre performed in person in the city.
