A Night of Visual-Kei: BUCK-TICK Karaoke

A karaoke night built around BUCK-TICK, the Japanese visual-kei rock band, held at Seventh Heaven Bar & Karaoke in Brooklyn. It is a participatory outing rather than a concert by the band.

The outing is a karaoke session with a visual-kei theme, drawing on the songbook of BUCK-TICK, a Japanese rock band associated with the visual-kei movement. Guests take turns at the microphone to sing songs from that repertoire, while the rest of the room joins in as an audience. BUCK-TICK do not perform at this event, and it is not a tribute show with staged musicians.

The session takes place at Seventh Heaven Bar & Karaoke, a bar and karaoke venue in Brooklyn that hosts concerts and shows. Guests should expect a bar setting where singing is the main activity, with the format built around individual song choices rather than a set program.

The outing suits fans of Japanese rock and visual-kei who want to sing along to the music, as well as groups of friends looking for a karaoke night with a specific theme. It is a good fit for anyone who already knows the band's songs and wants to try singing them.
