Overview
Alaska Thunderfuck: The Revolution Tour is an electronic concert at the Gramercy Theatre in New York, with Alaska Thunderfuck and the Mexican pop singer Alaska on the bill.
Alaska Thunderfuck is a drag performer, and this tour carries the name of that stage persona into an electronic program. The genre points to dance-oriented production rather than a band format. The second name on the bill, Alaska, is a pop singer born in 1963 in Mexico City, active in pop music since 1977 and signed to Warner Music Group.
The Gramercy Theatre hosts concerts and shows in New York, and this date is one of several on the tour's itinerary. The evening will appeal to listeners who follow electronic music and to fans of both performers, whose work spans performance and pop music.
