Back to Black: Amy Winehouse Tribute

A dinner show at Hawg Heaven BBQ & Gastro Pub in Pasadena, where a tribute act performs the songs of Amy Winehouse alongside a two-course dinner.

Back to Black: Amy Winehouse Tribute is a dinner show built around the music of Amy Winehouse. It is a tribute, not a performance by Amy Winehouse. The program covers the singer's best-known hits, sung in a soulful style and backed by rich instrumentation, with some surprise selections added along the way. The format is suited to birthdays and other celebrations.

The dinner is a two-course meal that begins with a Caesar salad. Guests choose one entree from several options: rosemary chicken, vegan jackfruit and butternut squash tacos, grilled Atlantic salmon with an orange citrus sauce, beef brisket smoked for up to 12 hours, a barbecue ribs and chicken combo, or penne pasta with shrimp and chicken. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

The outing suits fans of soul and jazz, groups of friends, couples marking a special occasion, and visitors to Pasadena who want a dinner paired with a musical performance at this barbecue and gastro pub on East Colorado Boulevard.
