Basel: Benny Benassi (Italo Disco Set)

An electronic night at Club Space Miami featuring Italian DJ and producer Benny Benassi in an Italo Disco set, with a bill that also names six other artists.

Benny Benassi is an Italian DJ and producer. Among the project's best-known records is Satisfaction, released under the name Benny Benassi presents The Biz, which brought the act's dance productions to a wide club audience. This date is billed as an Italo Disco set, so the program draws on the synth-driven dance style that emerged in Italy in the early 1980s and on the modern electronic productions that followed it.

The lineup also names Beltran, Demi Riquisimo, Make a Dance, MUSCLECARS, Lulah Francs and Natasha Diggs, placing this evening within a wider electronic bill rather than a single-artist performance.

Club Space Miami hosts concerts and shows in Miami, and this electronic event is one of its bookings. The night suits listeners who follow Italo Disco and European dance music and want to hear how that sound has carried into current electronic production.
