Overview
A tribute program by Hot Brass Band, dedicated to the music of Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire, presented at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center in Aventura.
Hot Brass Band performs this program, which is dedicated to Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire, two groups whose horn sections are central to their sound.
Chicago was founded in Chicago in 1967 under the name Chicago Transit Authority. Its catalog includes "25 or 6 to 4" and "If You Leave Me Now." Earth, Wind & Fire was formed in Los Angeles in 1969 by Maurice White, and its recordings include "September" and "Let's Groove."
This is a tribute, so the songs are performed by Hot Brass Band rather than by the original groups. The Aventura Arts & Cultural Center hosts concerts and shows in Aventura, and the program suits listeners who want to hear the catalogs of both groups performed live.
