Manhattan Adventure Sightseeing Boat Tour - from Chelsea Piers

A narrated sightseeing cruise on New York Harbor that departs from Chelsea Piers, with stops arranged for photographing the Manhattan skyline and the city's major landmarks.

This narrated sightseeing cruise covers New York Harbor and the surrounding waterways. The narration points out more than 40 sights along the route. The boat comes within close range of major attractions, then moves out to give a wide panoramic view of the skyline.

The vantage points were chosen with photographers in mind, and the captain stops the boat at several places so passengers can take photographs. The vessel is the same one media agencies charter to cover breaking news, so the trip offers a view of the harbor from a boat built for working photographers.

Departure is from Chelsea Piers. The trip suits visitors who want to get a sense of New York's geography during their stay, and it is also a good outing for locals who want to see the city from the water.
