Paint your own street art at Studio WIP

A hands-on workshop at Studio W.I.P. in Chicago, where guest artists present street art styles and techniques and participants then try them out and take home a piece they made.

This workshop introduces street art through an overview of different styles and techniques, presented by guest artists. Participants then move into the gallery space and test the methods themselves, working with aerosol spray and stencils.

The session combines a talk with practice. Participants walk around the gallery setting, trying each medium in turn, and by the end of the workshop everyone leaves with a piece of art they made themselves.
