Rod Wave: Don't Look Down Tour

Rod Wave: Don't Look Down Tour is a rap concert at the Kia Center in Orlando, with Fridayy also named as an artist on the bill. Both acts work in hip-hop and contemporary R&B.

Rod Wave is an American rapper and singer working in contemporary R&B and hip-hop. Born in 1998 in St. Petersburg, the artist has been active since 2016 and records for Interscope Records. The first album, Ghetto Gospel, came out in 2019, and the Don't Look Down Tour carries its title into this run of concerts.

Fridayy is an American singer whose music draws on hip-hop and contemporary R&B. Active since 2014, the artist released the first album, Lost in Melody, in 2022. Both names on this bill sit in the same R&B and hip-hop territory, which suits listeners who follow that sound.

The Kia Center in Orlando hosts exhibitions and cultural events, and this rap concert adds a music program to that mix. The night is aimed at fans of rap and R&B who want to hear Rod Wave alongside a newer name from the same genre.
