The Blasting Company plays Over The Garden Wall with Patrick McHale & J.R. Kaufman

A live evening in Chicago in which The Blasting Company performs alongside Patrick McHale and J.R. Kaufman, under the title Over the Garden Wall. The night draws on blues, country and folk.

The Blasting Company is an act working in blues, country and folk. Its performance here is paired with the name of Over the Garden Wall, the animated miniseries created by Patrick McHale, which Cartoon Network broadcast in 2014. J.R. Kaufman also appears on the bill, so the evening links the series to a live music program.

The Blasting Company's musical identity rests on the blues, country and folk traditions that the genre description names, and the program places those roots in a setting built around the miniseries. The title ties the night to the show's fans while keeping the focus on live music.

Thalia Hall is a concert and show venue in Chicago. The evening will appeal to viewers of Over the Garden Wall and to listeners who follow blues, country and folk.
