Overview
An electronic music event staged as a Halloween party across a full city block in Los Angeles's Arts District, combining DJ sets, live performances and roaming actors.
THE MAZE is an immersive Halloween experience that moves from Union Station into the Arts District, where it takes over an entire city block with indoor and outdoor areas. The format combines music and art with hidden pathways, installations, roaming performers and live actors spread across several stages.
The electronic lineup includes The Blaze performing live, Claude VonStroke, a DJ set credited to Arcade Fire, and Bones, Porky and Araminta. Live actors and roaming performers share the site with the music, so the night mixes sound, visual art and staged encounters.
Costumes are encouraged, and the layout of pathways and surprises is built around exploring the site on foot. The venue, Arts District Los Angeles, hosts concerts and shows in the city.
