A Mi Ritmo Records Showcase

A showcase for the A Mi Ritmo Records roster at 1-800-Lucky in Miami, an electronic night with a lineup of DJs and producers and Lazaro Casanova as special guest.

A Mi Ritmo is a label founded by Nicole Fiallo as a home for underground electronic artists who follow their own direction. This showcase brings the label's roster to 1-800-Lucky, a concert and performance venue at 143 NW 23rd St in Miami. The lineup features Nicole Fiallo, GAGH, Leyva, Izzy and Hickey, with Lazaro Casanova joining as special guest.

The night is built around house, rolling tech house and minimal grooves, with some less conventional sounds alongside them. Hickey is a musical group formed in California and active since 1994. Its first album, Us vs. Them, was released in 1995, a year after the group became active.

The label describes itself as rooted in Miami, so the showcase works as a snapshot of the local underground electronic scene and of the artists the label has gathered around it.
