Angela Autumn

A concert at Songbyrd in Washington pairing country folk singer-songwriter Angela Autumn with the project Clover-Lynn and the Hellfires, two acts built on Appalachian roots and family stories.

Angela Autumn is a country folk act from the Appalachia region of Pennsylvania. Drawing on the small hometown where the music began, the project carried childhood stories and a rural upbringing to Nashville. Several albums have followed, including Cowboy Jack Clementine (2023). Video posts on social media have gathered millions of views, and the act has been dubbed The Rose of Appalachia.

Clover-Lynn and the Hellfires is a project built from old memories, old melodies and older traditions. Its leader draws on heritage rooted in the mountainsides of Virginia, and the Hellfires band helps shape a live show that evokes an old country dance hall, a Sunday service in a century-old church, and stories handed down across generations.

The bill takes place at Songbyrd, a Washington venue that hosts concerts and shows. It suits listeners interested in country folk storytelling and in music tied to Appalachian heritage.
