Basic (with Chris Forsyth

A concert at Kilowatt in San Francisco that brings together the bands BASIC and Coffin Prick with guitarist and songwriter Chris Forsyth. The evening is built around these three acts.

The bill pairs BASIC with Chris Forsyth, a guitarist and songwriter who records under his own name and also works with bands. Coffin Prick is the third name on the bill, so the evening brings together three acts with separate identities.

Kilowatt is a San Francisco venue that hosts concerts and shows, so this evening fits its regular live programming. The night suits listeners who want to hear several acts in a single evening, and anyone following Chris Forsyth's guitar playing will recognize a familiar name on this bill. Each evening at the venue is shaped by its bill, so this one is defined by the three acts named for it.
