Chief Keef

Chief Keef is a rapper from Chicago, performing a rap show at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston. The concert is part of the venue's schedule of concerts and shows.

Chief Keef is a rap artist from Chicago's South Side and one of the figures most associated with the development of drill, a subgenre of hip-hop built on sparse, dark beats and direct, street-focused lyrics. The breakout single "Bang" and the mixtape Finally Rich brought the act wide attention in 2012, and the style that grew around that early work spread across Chicago and beyond.

This concert takes place at MGM Music Hall at Fenway, a Boston venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year. The evening suits listeners interested in Chicago drill and the hip-hop that developed from it in the early 2010s, and anyone who follows the South Side scene's influence on rap today.
