Club Kid

Club Kid is an electronic act performing at Regal Gallery Place, a Washington venue that hosts concerts and shows. Electronic music grew out of studio experiments in the twentieth century and later out of dance clubs, and its styles rely on synthesizers, samplers and drum machines. Performances in the genre are built around sound design and rhythm, which makes the stage presence of each act a central part of the night.

The concert suits listeners who follow electronic music and want to hear the genre performed live in Washington, D.C. Regal Gallery Place programs both concerts and shows, so the evening sits within the venue's regular mix of live performance. Attendees new to electronic music can approach the genre through a single live evening, with the act's sound and rhythm as the focus.
