Death From Above 1979

Canadian rock band Death From Above 1979 brings their high-energy sound to Seattle for a live performance.

Death From Above 1979 is a Canadian rock band formed in Toronto in 2001. The duo gained widespread attention with the release of their debut studio album, You're a Woman, I'm a Machine, in 2004. Their music combines elements of punk rock, dance-punk, and noise rock, driven by heavily distorted bass guitar and energetic drum rhythms. Over the years, the band has built a distinct catalog defined by raw instrumentation and aggressive garage rock aesthetics, establishing a firm presence in the alternative rock landscape.

This concert takes place at The Crocodile in Seattle, a venue that hosts concerts and shows. The evening appeals directly to fans of heavy indie rock, dance-punk, and the raw underground sound defined by early two-thousands alternative music scenes. Attendees can expect a performance focused on the band's catalog of driving basslines and percussion-heavy arrangements in a live concert setting.
