Filter

Filter and Local H share a bill at The Stage at Zouk in Las Vegas, pairing a rock project led by Richard Patrick with the band from Zion, Illinois. The concert is a rock and indie night.

Filter is a project led by Richard Patrick, a singer and guitarist who had previously toured as a guitarist with Nine Inch Nails. Its industrial-tinged rock drew attention with the 1995 album Short Bus, which included "Hey Man, Nice Shot," and with the 1999 album Title of Record, featuring "Take a Picture."

Local H formed in Zion, Illinois, and is built around Scott Lucas and Joe Daniels. Their best-known song, "Bound for the Floor," comes from the 1996 album As Good as Dead, and their guitar-driven alternative rock has kept them a steady presence on the American rock circuit.

The pairing suits listeners of alternative and rock bands from the 1990s and after. The Stage at Zouk hosts concerts and shows in Las Vegas, and this bill places two long-running rock acts on the same evening.
