Fraxiom

An electronic concert by Fraxiom at Saturn Bar in New Orleans, part of the venue's programming of concerts and shows for listeners of electronic music.

Fraxiom is an electronic act performing in New Orleans. Electronic music grew in the late twentieth century out of synthesizer-based pop, disco and techno, and it relies on synthesizers, drum machines, samplers and sequenced sounds to build its textures and rhythms. Fraxiom's work sits within that tradition, so audiences who follow electronic music will recognize its basic vocabulary.

Saturn Bar hosts concerts and shows in New Orleans, and this electronic performance is one of its evenings of live programming. The night suits listeners who want to hear a local electronic act live, whether they already know the genre well or are newer to it.
