Freak Slug is a British indie rock musician, born in 1995. Their first album, Who Stole My Bike, was released in 2015 and marks the start of their recorded work. The project's music sits across pop, rock and indie, which is the genre of this evening's concert.

Mila Degray is also part of the lineup, so the bill places two acts on the same stage. Listeners who follow British indie rock will find Freak Slug's recorded catalogue a natural starting point, beginning with the 2015 album.

The Atlantis hosts concerts and shows in Washington, D.C., and this date places the evening within that programming. It suits anyone interested in indie rock and pop-leaning rock who wants to hear a British act in person.
