A live concert titled R&B ONLY LIVE, billed for Washington, D.C., drawing on R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae, staged at The Fillmore Silver Spring.

R&B ONLY LIVE presents a concert that draws on R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae. The bill is credited to R&B ONLY and Only Live, and the title places the event in Washington, D.C. Its genre mix pairs contemporary R&B with the older soul, funk and reggae styles behind it.

The evening suits listeners who follow both current R&B and the earlier soul, funk, gospel and reggae traditions it draws on. Because the bill lists more than one name rather than a single headline act, the night is best approached as a survey of those styles.

The Fillmore Silver Spring, in Silver Spring, hosts concerts and shows, and this event is held there.
