RaiNao

A Boston concert by RaiNao, a project mixing R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae, at Paradise Rock Club.

RaiNao is a project whose music combines R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae. Each of these traditions brings its own rhythm and vocal phrasing, so the music moves between the smooth grooves of R&B and soul, the drive of funk, and the offbeat pulse of reggae, with gospel woven into the mix. For listeners who already follow one of these styles, the blend offers several points of entry in a single evening.

Paradise Rock Club is a Boston venue that hosts concerts and shows, and this RaiNao concert is one of them. The night suits listeners drawn to genre-crossing soul and groove-based music, and anyone curious how R&B, funk and reggae sit together in one act.
