Shermanology is a Dutch group of disc jockeys and music producers working in progressive house, an electronic style. Active since 2009, the project is associated with the label Spinnin'Records, and it is the act at the center of this electronic concert.

The show takes place at The Spotlight, a Los Angeles venue that hosts concerts and shows. Presented as an electronic event, it gives listeners a chance to hear a progressive house project from the Netherlands performed in person in Los Angeles, with the group's work as both disc jockeys and producers shaping the evening.

For fans of progressive house, the concert offers a direct way to see a Dutch electronic act on a Los Angeles stage. It suits listeners who follow the Spinnin'Records catalog and the Dutch dance scene, and who want to hear the project's music live rather than only on recordings.
