Silverada

Silverada is a concert in Washington by an act working in blues, country and folk, presented at The Atlantis, a venue that hosts concerts and shows in the city.

Silverada is a musical project rooted in blues, country and folk, three American roots styles that share a long lineage. Blues contributes its twelve-bar forms and expressive phrasing, country its sung narratives and melodic clarity, and folk its focus on traditional songs passed from one generation to the next.

The Atlantis hosts concerts and shows in Washington, D.C., and this evening brings the act to its stage. The night suits listeners who follow roots music and want to hear how these three traditions combine in one act.

For a visitor to Washington, the evening offers a direct way to hear blues, country and folk performed by a single act.
