Sir Woman Playtime tour

Sir Woman performs on the Playtime tour at Chop Shop in Chicago, a concert in the blues, country and folk tradition.

Sir Woman is an act whose music falls under blues, country and folk. The Playtime tour brings this repertoire to Chicago, and the project's sound draws on the three traditions named in its genre, so the concert suits listeners who follow roots music.

Blues, country and folk share a long lineage of song-based storytelling, and this tour places Sir Woman within that lineage. The concert takes place at Chop Shop, a Chicago venue that hosts concerts and shows, so the evening is built around a live stage performance.

The evening suits anyone looking for live blues, country or folk in the city, whether they already follow the genres or are exploring them for the first time.
