Overview

Static Dress is a British band from Leeds, formed in 2018 around an ongoing story carried by its albums. Its first release, "Prologue… (Comic Book Soundtrack)," came out in 2021, accompanied by a comic book, and the group's music is built on that narrative thread.

The bill lists the band alongside I Promised The World, septemberistheonlytimeidontthinkofyou and Car Underwater. The concert takes place at Bowery Ballroom, a New York venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year.

The night suits listeners who follow hard rock and metal and who appreciate bands that link their records into a single storyline. Those new to the group can start with its debut to get a sense of how the story is introduced.
