The Pfister Sisters

The Pfister Sisters bring their traditional jazz and vocal harmony repertoire to the stage at Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro in New Orleans.

The Pfister Sisters are a vocal jazz ensemble based in New Orleans, recognized for their stylistic dedication to the close-harmony traditions of the 1930s, most notably the repertoire of the Boswell Sisters. Their performance draws on classic American popular song, early jazz, and swing-era arrangements, delivered through intricate three-part vocal arrangements accompanied by instrumental support. The group has maintained a presence in the regional jazz scene through interpretations of traditional material and vintage vocal stylings.

Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro hosts the performance in New Orleans, presenting concerts in a listening-room environment dedicated to jazz and related genres. The venue is located on Frenchmen Street and presents live music performances by local and touring artists.
