Windy City Smokeout is a country music bill at the United Center in Chicago, with Megan Moroney as one of the featured artists. Moroney is an American folk and country singer active since 2020, and the debut album Lucky came out in 2023.

Florida Georgia Line is the country duo of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, and its single "Cruise" is among its most recognized recordings. The bill also names Tucker Wetmore and Riley Green, both country singers, so the evening centers on contemporary country with a folk-leaning voice in Moroney's set.

The United Center is an arena in Chicago that hosts sports and concerts, as well as exhibitions and cultural events. It is the home arena of the Chicago Bulls. The night suits listeners who follow contemporary country and want to hear several artists from the genre in one evening.
