About — The artist
Asaf Avidan is an Israeli singer-songwriter born on March 23, 1980, in Jerusalem, and is the leader of the folk-rock band Asaf Avidan and the Mojos. The high pitch and raspy quality of his voice have led to comparisons of his music with that of Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley, and Robert Plant [insufficient source].
