About — The artist
Hayden Frances Dunham (born June 16, 1988) is an American performance artist, designer, singer-songwriter, and DJ. Dunham grew up in Austin, Texas, and studied at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
Dunham is best known for QT (short for Quinn Thomas), a musical project founded in 2014 with English producers A. G. Cook and Sophie. QT is a pop singer character embodied by Dunham and voiced by Harriet Pittard, who promotes and personifies the semi-fictional energy drink DrinkQT. The single “Hey QT” was released in 2014.
Dunham began performing under the alias Hyd in 2020 and released a debut single, “No Shadow,” in September 2021. A four-track EP followed on November 5. Hyd's first album, Clearing, was released on November 11, 2022 on PC Music.
