Japanese-Peruvian Fusion Tasting Menus

A tasting menu dinner at Ayllu Paddington in London, built around the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cooking. Guests choose between two set menus, Seasonal and Signature.

This outing is a fine dining session in which the table works through a tasting menu combining Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Two menus are offered, a Seasonal and a Signature option, and the whole table must choose the same one. The session is listed as lasting two hours.

The restaurant is Ayllu, in Paddington Central at Sheldon Square. The dress code is smart casual, and the minimum age is 18, with valid ID required to purchase or consume alcohol. Pre-dinner drinks and oysters are available at the sister venue, Smith's Bar & Grill, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and live Spanish guitar is played at Ayllu on those evenings.

The outing suits couples and small groups of friends looking for a sit-down meal in central London, rather than a show or a performance. It is a restaurant dining session, so it suits anyone who wants a structured tasting menu over a relaxed evening meal.
