Overview
A stand-up and comedy show marking the 30th anniversary of The Adam and Joe Show, with Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish appearing in person at Hackney Round Chapel in London.
Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish appear in person in this stand-up and comedy show, which looks back on thirty years of The Adam and Joe Show, the Channel 4 DIY television series. Retro clips and material from the programme are shown on a large screen as the pair revisit it. The production is described as a disorganised, semi-secret rehearsal for the Royal Albert Hall show, and it is marked as a work in progress.
Recurring segments from the original series, including Toymovies, Baaadad, The Vinyl Justice Squad and The Footie Song, are among the material revisited, alongside stupid pranks. The evening is pitched as a gathering of fans who want to relive the series together in one large room.
Hackney Round Chapel, the London venue hosting the production, hosts concerts and shows. The performers credited for this production are This Will BE.
