Coldplay

A candlelit tribute concert at Central Hall Westminster in London, presenting music associated with Coldplay and Ed Sheeran. The event has no official link to either artist.

This is a tribute show titled Ed Sheeran Meets Coldplay, part of the Candlelight series of live concerts held in candlelit settings. The event has no official link to either artist, their estates or their representatives, so it should be understood as a homage rather than a performance by the artists themselves.

Coldplay are a British pop and alternative rock band from London, formed in 1999 and active since 1997. Signed to Capitol Records, they released their first album, 'Moonlight', in 2000. The title pairs the band with Ed Sheeran, the other artist the evening draws on.

The concert takes place at Central Hall Westminster, a venue in London that hosts concerts and shows. Candlelight presents live music in this format, so the programme is built around the glow of candles rather than a conventional stage production.
