Overview
Flo, a musical comedy show by the sister duo Flo & Joan, comes to Harrogate Theatre on a UK national tour, pairing original songs with sharp, comic storytelling.
Flo & Joan are a sister duo and award-winning musical comedians. Their new show brings together their songs and comedy, performed with a piano and a percussion section. The style is sharp-tongued, and the act has toured internationally, appearing at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
The material on this national tour takes in over-thinking, alien lovers and the fringes. The duo's songs have been viewed more than 50 million times online, and their work has been broadcast on Live at the Apollo, The Royal Variety Performance, The Russell Howard Hour and Jonathan Ross'Comedy Club. Their filmed special, Alive on Stage, is available on Amazon Prime.
The performance takes place at Harrogate Theatre, a venue in the town centre. Audiences who enjoy songs delivered with a comic edge will find the format of this touring production a clear match for the duo's previous work.
