Peppa Pig's Big Family Show

A live stage show for young children based on the Peppa Pig characters, set around the preparations for a new baby in the family. It is presented at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London.

The production follows Peppa Pig, Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and George as they prepare for a new arrival in the family. The family sets about building and decorating, and the audience is invited to help them get everything ready before the big day. The source material describes the show as featuring music, adventure and a number of surprises aimed at little ones.

As a family show for children, it is aimed at the young audience who know the television series and its characters, and it is a theatre production rather than a concert. The listing gives no further detail on the staging or the format, so the sense of what the auditorium will be like is best taken from the venue itself.

The Theatre Royal Haymarket is a London theatre whose listing summary describes it as a venue for concerts and shows. The show is therefore presented as a visit to a traditional theatre for families attending with young children.
