Overview
TootArd is a music group formed in 2010 in Majdal Shams, in the Golan Heights, performing live at Oslo Hackney in London as part of the UK leg of their tour.
TootArd is a music group from the Golan Heights, formed in 2010 in Majdal Shams. It blends Berber music, reggae and psychedelic rock, and the group is now based in Bern and Haifa. The project is led by Hasan Nakhleh, who sings and plays guitar, and Rami Nakhleh, who plays bass and drums; the two brothers founded the group together.
The event is a live performance of original music by Hasan and Rami Nakhleh, described by the organisers as a blend of dreamy pop and dusty funk. The brothers are stopping at Oslo Hackney during the UK leg of their tour, so this is a concert on that visit to London rather than a standalone date.
Oslo Hackney is a venue in Hackney that hosts concerts and shows in London. The event is for audiences aged 18 and over.
