A hands-on cooking class in Florence where you make fresh pasta by hand and learn a traditional Italian dessert, using seasonal, organic ingredients and guided by local chefs.

This is a hands-on cooking workshop in the centre of Florence, led by local chefs. Each participant makes several types of fresh pasta by hand, following the steps one at a time, and pairs them with traditional Italian sauces. The ingredients are seasonal and organic.

With the dedicated option, a traditional Italian dessert, tiramisù, is prepared alongside the pasta. The full version also adds pizza: pasta, pizza and tiramisù are all made entirely from scratch. The class can also be combined with a tour of Florentine street food, to be enjoyed on the same day.

The class is aimed at travellers, couples, families and small groups. The meeting point is in the heart of the city.
