Build Your Own Roll: Sushi Workshop: Las Vegas

A hands-on sushi workshop at CraftHaus Brewery in Las Vegas, where participants prepare the rice and roll three types of sushi under a chef's guidance.

Participants work at their own station, preparing seasoned rice and assembling the rolls with fresh fillings. The chef guides each stage, from spreading the rice and layering the ingredients to tucking and rolling. Everyone makes three rolls: California, Spicy Tuna and Vegetable. Once the rolls are sliced and plated, participants add garnishes and eat what they have made together.

Ingredients and stations are shared with the booking group, so friends or companions can cook side by side. Beverages are not included in the session, and outside drinks are not permitted. Adults who want a structured introduction to sushi making, taught step by step, will find the format straightforward. The session takes place at CraftHaus Brewery, where participants check in ahead of the start.
