Mixology Masterclass Las Vegas | Cocktail Making Class at The Cabinet of Curiosities

A hands-on cocktail making class at The Cabinet of Curiosities in Las Vegas, where each participant builds their own drinks at a personal workstation under the guidance of expert mixologists.

This mixology class has participants make their own cocktails with premium spirits, fresh fruit, herbs and house-made syrups. After a welcome drink, each person works at a personal workstation, learning to shake, strain and garnish with real-time guidance. The instructors also cover the history of the spirits being used.

The class takes place in a lounge that blends vintage curiosities with modern mixology, and participants drink the cocktails they make. Attendees leave with the recipes and the skills to make bar-quality cocktails at home.

Daniel Ponsky, the master mixologist, has appeared on Bar Rescue with Jon Taffer. Alexey Balashov is a world-champion flair bartender with more than 20 years behind the bar. Alex Velez appeared as a contestant on the Netflix series Drink Masters and serves as a judge for the James Beard Foundation. The class suits couples planning a date night, groups marking a birthday or bachelorette party, and visitors looking for things to do in Las Vegas.
