This guided workshop invites participants into a professional kitchen to explore the preparation of rich dark chocolate ganache. Attendees learn how to shape, pipe, roll, and finish specific flavor varieties including cognac, pistachio and rose, and espresso truffles. The session covers techniques for coating each piece using cocoa powder, crushed pistachios, chocolate shavings, or colorful sprinkles, moving step-by-step from the initial mixing bowl to a custom take-home box of confections.

Designed for complete beginners and chocolate enthusiasts alike, the class requires no prior culinary experience. All necessary ingredients and equipment are provided on site. Participants aged twenty-one and older are welcome to join, with beverages available for purchase directly at the venue bar during the session. The meeting point is located at Foundation Kitchen in Charlestown.
