DragonForce: Inhuman Rampage 20th Anniversary

A tour-style concert at Palladium Times Square marking the 20th anniversary of DragonForce's album Inhuman Rampage, with the British power metal band joined by Ensiferum and Rhapsody of Fire.

DragonForce is a British power metal and speed metal band formed in London in 1999. Signed to Roadrunner Records, the group released its first album, Valley of the Damned, in 2003. The evening celebrates the 20th anniversary of Inhuman Rampage, the title that gives this program its name, with the band performing as the headliner.

Ensiferum, a Finnish band formed in Helsinki in 1995, plays folk metal, power metal and Viking metal. The group signed with Metal Blade Records and released its self-titled debut album in 2001. Rhapsody of Fire, an Italian power metal and symphonic metal band formed in Trieste in 1993, completes the bill. Its debut album, Legendary Tales, came out in 1997 on Nuclear Blast.

The bill suits listeners who follow melodic, high-tempo metal and the European power metal scene, with three bands whose catalogs share the genre's emphasis on fast guitar work and epic arrangements. Palladium Times Square is a concert venue in New York City that hosts concerts and shows.
