En Vogue

En Vogue is an American vocal group presenting an R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae program in Las Vegas. The concert takes place at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort.

En Vogue is a vocal group formed in Oakland, California, in 1989. Its original members include Terry Ellis, Cindy Herron, Dawn Robinson and Maxine Jones. The group built its sound on close, layered harmonies over R&B and soul grooves, and its music also draws on funk, gospel and reggae. Its 1990 debut album, Born to Sing, introduced that style to a wide audience, and the 1992 album Funky Divas produced the single "Free Your Mind."

The group's recordings center on polished vocal arrangements and uptempo dance tracks alongside slower ballads. This concert is an opportunity to hear the catalog that followed their early releases, with the vocal focus that defines their records.

The Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort hosts concerts and shows in Las Vegas. The night suits listeners who follow 1990s R&B and soul vocal groups, as well as fans of the funk and gospel-influenced songs that run through the group's work.
