Fetty Wap: Nostalgia Tour

Fetty Wap: Nostalgia Tour brings the rap act to The Masonic in San Francisco. The show is part of a tour built around the catalog that made the artist's name in the mid-2010s.

Fetty Wap is a rap act from Paterson, New Jersey, whose 2014 single "Trap Queen" helped establish a style that pairs rapped verses with melodic, sung hooks. That sound carried into the debut album Fetty Wap, released in 2015, and made the project one of the more recognizable voices in mainstream hip-hop of that period.

The Nostalgia Tour revisits that body of work, so the night is aimed at listeners who know the early singles and want to hear them performed live. The tour title points to the older material as its core, and the stage presentation centers on the artist and the songs fans followed from the start.

The Masonic is a San Francisco venue that hosts concerts and shows, and this stop places the rap set in the city on this visit. It suits anyone interested in hearing the 2014 to 2015 catalog from the act that recorded it.
