Premises presents: Terrence Dixon

Premises presents Terrence Dixon, an electronic night in Chicago with five acts on the bill, led by the Detroit techno producer and DJ Terrence Dixon.

Terrence Dixon is a Detroit techno producer and DJ who has been active since the early 1990s, and whose name leads this electronic bill. The other performers are COBRA B, program17, Sound Psychologist and Yanna Lynette, all appearing in Chicago under the Premises banner.

The night suits listeners drawn to Detroit techno and the wider electronic scene, with Terrence Dixon's name anchoring a program of electronic acts. Listeners new to the scene can hear several electronic performers in one evening, which makes the bill a useful way to compare different approaches within the same genre.
