Thanksgiving Eve with a Massive House Music DJ Lineup

A house music night at Le Nocturne in Chicago, with DJ Heather, Mike Dunn, Gene Hunt and Mark Angel sharing the bill for a Thanksgiving Eve event. It is an electronic program built around the Chicago house tradition.

This Thanksgiving Eve night brings four DJs to the stage: DJ Heather, Mike Dunn, Gene Hunt and Mark Angel. Mike Dunn and Gene Hunt are both established names in Chicago house, a style that developed in the city's club scene during the 1980s and is built on steady four-on-the-floor drum patterns, basslines and soulful vocal fragments. The pairing of veteran Chicago names with DJ Heather and Mark Angel places the night squarely within that club tradition.

The evening suits listeners who follow house and dance music and want to hear DJs working in the Chicago style. The event is presented as electronic music, with each DJ playing a set on the same bill.

Le Nocturne is a Chicago venue that hosts concerts and shows, and this house music night is one of its electronic programs.
