The Jury Experience – The Killer AI: Will San Francisco Deliver Justice?

An interactive courtroom drama at Brava Theater Center in San Francisco, where the audience serves as the jury and decides whether a fatal driverless car crash ends in a guilty or not guilty verdict.

This interactive outing places you in the jury box for a fictional courtroom drama. Over about an hour, you follow testimony, examine evidence, and track the contradictions that surface as the case develops. The case centers on a driverless car that has caused a death: who answers for it, the software developer, the passenger who relied on the car, or the AI system that made the decision?

Voting happens at key moments, and your choices reveal different hidden angles, so each session can unfold differently. The jury closes the case with a verdict of guilty or not guilty. The content includes testimony about a fatal vehicle accident, injury, grief, and loss, and the drama contains intense emotional conflict.

Arrive ahead of time, since doors close at showtime and late entry is not allowed. The venue, Brava Theater Center, is a San Francisco venue for concerts and shows. The room is fully accessible and includes a wheelchair zone. It suits groups of friends who enjoy debating a verdict together and anyone curious about accountability in self-driving cars.
