The format includes three house spirits, each served alongside a hand-crafted cocktail made by celebrated bartenders, and every tasting uncovers a forgotten tale or hidden history.

The session runs about two hours. All-black attire is welcome as a dress code. An onsite café, The Rising Sun, offers a Southern-inspired menu in an outdoor setting, and guests can add it to the visit. A darker, Halloween-themed version of the same format is called Devil's Quarter, with its own spirits and cocktails.
