Wednesday JAmZZ: Nico Jin Group

A jazz concert in Brooklyn by the Nico Jin Group, presented under the Wednesday JAmZZ title at Moondog Hifi, a venue that hosts concerts and shows.

Wednesday JAmZZ: Nico Jin Group is a jazz concert by the Nico Jin Group, the act named in the title of this Wednesday evening. The night is built around the group's live performance, so listeners interested in jazz can hear the music in its own right.

Moondog Hifi hosts concerts and shows in Brooklyn, and this jazz evening takes place at the venue. It suits anyone looking for a jazz performance on a weeknight in Brooklyn, with the Nico Jin Group as the named act on stage.

Jazz grew out of African American musical traditions in New Orleans in the early twentieth century. Improvisation and a swing feel remain central to most groups working in the style, and they shape how a jazz set unfolds in live performance.
